"I was so excited first of all when I saw churches. It's been a while since I've had one in my area and the food was good as I expected to be. The service however was on the another level. There were two older black women working that day and a lot of people. They really handled things well and the food came out The window hot. The lady working the window was super nice and friendly and the other woman working the counter was also sweet. They employed people who gave awesome service that day on 4/26."

"The employee at the window was exceptional friendly and helped with my order. I did have to wait 13minutes for my chicken breast to cook but then it was brought out to my car for me. Chicken was awesome!"

"That Bourbon BBQ Smokehouse Chicken is Great. This location is solid I may say. I'm from the Old Fourth Ward Atlanta so Church's Chicken will never be the same as Auburn Ave or The West End Lee Street. But, The Covington Location got my business. These honey butter biscuits are what I remember as a kid. The Southern Style Chicken is definitely Top 3 compared to Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. My family was happy. My only complaint is that they half filled the side item containers. For almost $3 of Cajun Rice and Mac N Cheese it needs to be touching the lid. They shafted me on that so thay why they got 4 out of 5. I grew up on barely closed lids for side item servings bursting out the containers. Y'all got to do better on that. But, overall the experience was good."

"The amount of the rice was changed. Now you get less but they still use the same size container as before. I asked and that was the answer. The price didn't change....at all. I don't think that's fair. The rice was hard/crunchy and soft. Very disappointing"
